Delay in new connections- Inspection not done

We have booked a new connection on 22.02.2006 and the number is 2848. we got a connection approval letter from Jaihind agencies Mannarkkad by the end of February. We approached the agency within few days and they confirmed the respective person of our area will visit our home for an inspection and after their report our connection will be allotted. after 3 months we didnt have any updation or visit from agency. Again we visited the local office and they informed that within a week the inspector will come and sort out this matter. but unfortunately up to yesterday there is no response from the agency and I came to know that lot of clients who booked after 3 or 4 months than me got connections and also I knew that that they are not allotting connections on priority basis. Actually am in out side Kerala and there is no enough persons (only three aged womens are there) in my home to followup this. I am calling the so called agency regularly and spoke with lot of persons on this and there is no favorable reply from their end. This seems very difficult to us. So request your good self to sort out this issue and allot the connection as ap.
