BALLY (FOOT WEAR) NOT EXCHANGED

I HAVE PURCHASED THREE PAIR OF FOOT WEAR FROM JCS JAIN CHAPPAL STORE, F-2 & F-3, MRIGNAINI CHOWK, DILSHAD COLONY, DELHI-110095 DTD.22ND JAN.2012. After reaching home i found one pair is not fitting properly as the make of the foot wear is not proper it's front side space is extra. So i kept it as it is means didn't wear it and within a weeks time (as i don't get time on week day and inbetween 26th jan. the shop was closed) i visited there to get it exchanged but the so called Manager Mr Pradeep goswami he was very rude to me inpite of listening to my complaint he insisted me to listen to him and was trying to teach me how to wear that foot wear. Inspite of being polite he was rude to me.. i just want action against that bloody fellow Mr Pradeep Goswami...
