Utter disregard to customers

1. Jain Abishek @ Selaiyur-Tamabram is in the FOURTH YEAR since commenced WITH AGREEMENT TO H/O COMPLETED PROJECT IN 24 MONTHS.

2. Still lot of works pending/being done in very slow pace

3. LIFTS ARE NOT OPERATIONAL TILL DATE IN A G 4 COMPLEX. THERE WAS A FATAL ACCIDENT DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF MAINT. THE BUILDER WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF THE LEADERS MADE A STATEMENT THAT THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF LIFT SAFETY LICENCE REQUIREMNT.

4. The STP is in doledrum - the project has provision for mains sewer connection - recently waste water was let out in neighbouring area and the residents had to face the ire of public/local councilor

5. Maintenance charges for ONE FULL YEAR WAS COLLECTED BY BUILDER IN ADVANCE - WITHOUT WHICH FLATS WERE NOT HANDED OVER - leaving no option to owners.

6. The so-called-fast action which started immediately after the lift accident has DIED A NATURAL DEATH

7. iN NUTSHELL THE PROMOTOR CLAIMS VERY TALL BUT NOT LIVED UPTO THEM

8. This should be eye opener for those who intend booking flats/properties from Jains
