Delay in delivery

Dear Sir/ madam,

This is in Regard to the Consignment no: 242712449/date: 12.02.09 time: 11:20am which contained important parcel which should reached by 14th Feb morning, as it usually takes 48hours to deliver, but the same is not deliver to the respective adressee till today.

I already informed to Aminjikari (chennai) branch office but not solutions i got from there.

M very disaappointed with the services provided by you.

Hence i want you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest..
