Taking money for replacing defective regulato

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributer name is Jaisawal Gas Service, 21 Golmuri Market, Jamshedpur. On 23-07 at morning my stove is not working so I inform the agency after some time a Man Named Mr. Jha came from jaisawal gas and after checking stove he says my LPG regulater in not working and it need change with new one and he charge Rs 40-/ for visit and give me reciept. That was the receipt of stove servicing and he not do any thing with stove.

Then I go to agency to replace regulater then they ask for Rs 150-/ for replacing. I said him as per my knowledge this is free of cost then they said it is chargeble and when I ask for money receipt they not give me. Then I asked him I will go to Indane Area Office then they says it is upon you and after taking Rs 150/- he gives me new regulater.

I was helpless and I have no option to cook food in my home so I pay him.

Please do the needfull and return my Rs40/- Rs150/-.
