My Credit Card No: 4477 4741 9059 2009.
In my above credit card statement, the bank has levied many extra charges. For this resaon i request you to Reverse all the extra charges from my a/c and i'm ready to pay the balance clean amount in 12 months equal instalments. So please do the needfull, as i'm instrested to clear your dues.
