I had purchased a TATA indica (Ren Number DL4C AX 4391) turbo from A1 motors delhi. On purchaseing i was told that the company dosent have a service unit yet and will soon start by the time our first service will be due. I took the delivery and when i went to get the seat cover fitted it was found that the front left side seat was torn a bit and a circular metal loop was embedded in it so that one dosent see the torn part the loop still lies there and the seat has torn furthur on complaining no action was taken by the dealer and seat has hence torn furthur (Car was purchased in APRIL). By the time our first service was due they had not started the service workshop yet so we tok the car for service to SANYA motors MAYAPURI new delhi but they refusd to service since they said it was mandatory for the seller to provide the first service.

After running the vehical for sometime a noise stared coming from the left frony shocker the complaint for the same was telephonically intimated to TATA motors and an immedeate action was taken and the vehical was called for repair at SANYA motors the vehical was delivered with complete rectification as told by the SANYA motors staff but to no vain it was still running as usual with the same noise. A second round of repairs again no solution. We ultimately gave up since dont have time to give and take vehical regularly for a fault which should be rectified immedeately.

On another service we were informed that the deisel pump of the vehical has some problem by a SANYA mechanic though we didint have any complaint to make of the pump but he told us that since the vehical was taking longer time to start there is something wrong with the pump. The same when we had enquired from A1 motors were told at the time of delivery that it was normal for all indica turbo vehicals. He also told that we would have to leave the vehical for around 3 days for the pump to get repaired.

I really would like to ask TATA motors that if they do not have well qualified staff who could immedeately fix a problem then why do they sell vehicals and if the dealer dosent have qualified experienced staff then please provide them the same. Also is any post delivery inspection done or just a sticker applied and vehical delivered. The seat i have got stiched but it looks really shabby. Also dont know weather the pump is fine or not may be one day well have to shell out extra money after the company guarantee period is over. What hurts me most is the trust of which a person is cheated. What can TATA do to fix my problems since i cannot go and stand at the dealers workshop regularly to get my vehical repaired
