Didnot reach the destination

Sir i have booked two bags of jawar, rice to nagpoor on 9-8-09 from my town maski .but even after 3month it could reach that point.in mean whil we lost the LLR receipt .and we ask dupplicate recept to agent but he told me their was no dupplicaet copy.and we send all the copy with goods .so plese take it as complaint aganist maski vrl agent.
