Selling Consumer Gas Cylinders in Black Market

Dear Sir / Madame

I am consumer of Indane Gas for my cooking needs. I am in Manapakkam, Chennai - 89. I requested for a cylinder with Jaya Gas Agency last month and still now we have not received the cylinder. When we inquired they said the door is locked. But my family s staying here and we never locked the door in past 6 month because my wife gave birth 6 months before and she is home. I have been approached by the supply boy to buy cylinder in black for 700.00 rupees. When I try to escalate this issue the management is replying lethargically and finally someone in the office abused me with uncomplimentary words today.

I would like to lodge a complaint against their misbehave and request to take necessary action against the management for not supplying the gas for such a long time.
