NON-RECEIPT OF SURRENDERED VALUE

Dear Sir,

I had surrendered Jeevan Suraksha Policy No.482515382 with LICI, Maligaon Branch, Guwahati (Assam), but the amount of surrendered value is yet to be received by me. I also made personal visit as well as telephone calls to the BM but they only assured me that the matter would be looked into.

With some acute financial hardship finding no other alternative, I had to surrender the above Policy. If the surrendered value as laid down in your Policy to be paid by Cash is not received within an earliest date the purpose of my financial hardship is exagerrated. Keeping no other option this e-mail complaint has been lodged.

You are requested to kindly intervene into this matter and instruct your above office to make early release of my payment.
