Jeevan surbhi money back
Deduction of double premium in one policy

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have a policy (Jeevan surbhi money back) with lic vide no 113854599 . In this regard i have paid the premium of amount 10772 via axis bank net banking on 13/12/08, but instead of deducting single premium the amount has been debited double via ICONN/6971627/020010200024365/131208/1 and 69715541.

Now my request is that kindly credit the said amount in my bank as earlist.
