Jetlite / Flight Ticket
Payment deducted from my Credit Card

Dear Consumer Complaints,

Recently I have tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to Visakhapatnam on 07.10.2009 through www.jetlite.com, I hv choose my travel and I have provided the required address information, but I couldn't see the price when I booked, it showed only when I searched the flight initially Rs.1730.00, after I have given my address details and sumbitted, I got a reservation Code: GUAFIW, ticket No.7052161829442. I couldn't understand anything with that, because it is subject to confirmation. Hence I booked another airlines. When I received my credit card statement, I was shoked to see the Debit of Rs.1730.00 from my credit card. Here is surprising thing is that, I have not been asked any payment details when I booked the ticket through jetlite, more over, I did not give my additional security code from Master Card, which became mandatory since August.

I strongly believe that they might used my old data (I booked my tickets even before with my ICICI credit card in 2008). I am trying to reach them to their office phone no.s of Mumbai, Chennai as well Bangalore, but no body is picking.

Please help me to get my money back as I that booking was not refundable (status).
