Hello my account no. is 1***80439. in the name of Jewel Rock Industries Pvt Ltd.

I have been complaing since last 3 months or more i have not received my bill yet. I have complain no. 1007449242 spoke to Mr. Dinesh,

1007777380 spoke to Mr. Shankar and

1007861347 sopke to Mr. Dharmesh.5/10/09 Mr. Dharmesh told will sure receive the bill from courier agency but not yet received call backed after 5 day the same reply.

And i have been calling every week for my bill and always used to get false promises from reliance energy due to this i have to suffer the surcharge.

Because when the bill is not paid on time the department comes and disconnect the electricity. At that time they have the proper address but when have to deliver they dont know the address.

Please take some action.
