Misbehaviour of the staff and bus started earlier to scedulded departure

This is yet another example of the ridiculous service of Jeyam Travels.

My cousin was support to start from coimbatore to chennai and the scheduled to depart at 10pm.and she reached the boarding point at 9 50 pm. To the extreme surprise the bus already started at around 9 40.. when checked with the office, as usual she got a ridicoulous response and she was given an alternate solution to travel by Non AC semi sleeper bus. She has booked a sleeper AC and she was travelling alone with her 4 year daughter. Due to that she denied to accept the alternate solution. Even the owner of jeyam travels (Abbdullah)-9244216065 was lathergic to give a solution and ignored the discuusion as such nothing happened. office boy Raja was very arogant to the passenger not even consider her as a lady with a 4 year daughter. He was very vulgar and arogant to the extreme...

So humble request to all, don't ever choose jeyam travels as travel partne
