Problem in gear box

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one Maruti WagonR (VXI) car No. DL-2CP-8322 vide chassis No. 734618, engine No. 4559668 on 27/10 from M/s Sikand & Company, 50, Janpath, New Delhi.

As present I am posted as Sr. General Manager (Marketing), JK Cement Works, Nimbahera Dist. Chittorgarh (Raj.). The vehicle is with me at Nimbahera and it has run appx. 16000 kms as on date. I have got so far three services from your reputed authorized service center M/s Bhatia & Company, Chittorgarh (Raj.).

Through this letter I want to draw your attention towards a problem being faced for the last 2 & half months while changing or applying back gear, there comes unwanted noise from the gear. For this problem, I have shown this vehicle to 2-3 workshops but got no satisfactory reply/remedy of the problem. I have been advised by the mechanics that this is a manufacturing defect and this will remain in this model.

As the vehicle has run 16000 kms only and being rarely used, I would like to have your suggestion/advice for remedy of this problem or may you suggest me to get inspect this vehicle to any specific workshop where the remedy can be done.
