Malpractices at the JMD Skoda workshop

I had given my Skoda Octavia to JMD Skoda, Kandivali workshop. I had only asked for general service to be done with basic oil change, filter change, coolant change etc. After the car came back from service, the cars power windows and central locking system have stopped working. When I complained about this, the guys there said that this is due to wear and tear of the door harness and wiring. In that case, why did this problem happen immediately after the car came back from the service station? I am sure there is some malpractice here. JMD Skoda also deal in second hand cars and I think they have tampered with my car. This is a serious issue. Please help.
