Fraud and blackmailing

Hi

I want to intimate everybody about the jobjuction (a carrer consultancy in bangalore which takes one month salary for providing job). I am the victim of that consultancy that consultancy provided me a job in a small company but that company sacked me after 1.5 months after my joining. Now that consultancy want me to pay my one month salary for takinng my markscard back which they took at the time of registration. So I want some help so that I can get my marks card back and also I want to warn other job seekers.
