Dear Manager,

I am a regular customer of your company. Few days before my car get accident and I droop my car at your service center Ph-1 Chandigarh. Mr. Muni lal deal with me. Yesterday is day commitment to give my car but I did`t get. Today morning when I visits your center I surprised to see my car not ready and they did`t do any rubbing in my car. Then I visit at 03:30 as Mr. Saini commits me, again I disappoint to see my car was not ready he just wash the car no rubbing in car.

Sir can you believe when your family in hospital and you don’t have any vehicle, today I relies I am handicap.

I request you’re every staff member to deliver my car in priority, but they totally fail to deliver my car in time as they commit to deliver yesterday.

Today at the time of delivery they told me what I should pay. No one intimate what the ruff estimate as I already call to Mr. Muni Lal 3 times day before yesterday what is the ruff estimate no one informed me.

Sorry so say this commitment I never visit your Joshi Auto Zone. I am planning to purchase Indoco from you, but now I change my mind I will purchase from some other dealer not for your.
