Dear Sir/Madam, I did book one air ticket for Allahabad to New Delhi on 20th Aug. 2008 for 22/08. Ticket Booking Details are as given below:- Airline - Jet Lite Flight # 6125, Booking ID- FLT2380595, Economy Class, Allahabad (IXD) to New Delhi (DEL), Booking Date 20th August Trip Start Date -22/08, 16:50:00, and PNR- GENGII, Status - Confirmed, from my self SBI Account No. 30203496505, Total Charge was Rs.5497.00. But unfortunately your flight canceled and you informed me that time and promised that fair amount will refund in your account, but yet, I have not received any amount in my account. Kindly send my amount in my account as soon as possible. Looking for your early and positive response, Thanking you, Regards, Vivekanand Sharma
