No Action Took

I have posted one compliant regarding the worst service by Just Dial, later i posted the compliant i got a mail from Customer Support Head as below,

After this mail i sent a detailed mail to him, after a day he called me and spoke regarding the worst service and wrong information provided by Mr. Narendra Babu [Marketing Executive] from Just Dial, Chennai. After 5 to 10 mins he gave the assurance that the problem will be solved. and also he mentioned that Customer Support Head from Chennai will call you regarding the same, but still now no calls from Just Dial regarding the issue. Just Dial calling customer only to get MONEY, once they got it, they are not taking care about the worst service provided by them.
