I have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 2 month contract.
i have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subcription.
as per the co's marketing person guidance i have paid for 2 month's subscription,
he has told me that you have to subcribe for 2 month and if you are satisfied with our service
then continue for further subcription through ecs mode of payment.
so i have signed the contract and provided the bank details but i have not signed the ecs form.
but now on 21st of october there is a ecs of 1379/- hit in my account without my approval.
despited of complaining and following up with them for 15 days the things don't go right and
don't know the status on the issue.
Its quite a sorry state of affairs in Just Dial, when you register a complaint they dont respond even in 3 months. It is a negative approach which may doom the company.
