i am facing a problem with just dial .com, which is bussiness promotionall website

i had join in a plan of 1 year for ammount 28, 500/-, initially. But i paid initially 7, 721/- for 3 months on oct-23rd, At the time of joing they said i can decide after 3 months whethr to continue or not, but now after 2 months their automatically drwan the ammount of 2, 500/- after 2 months only, without intimation.when asked that peron (mr.lawrence, hyderabad) he is not responding in a correct way, their are saying we can don anything right now
