Default on Contract Terms

I had entered into a contract with Just Dial for listing of my services on their website and search engines. During the first year, obviously to get customers they promised everything and even gave it in writing. I have a contract which has Just Dial Guarantee Stamp in writing for the duration of the contract for 1 year.

In the subsequent year, when the time for renewal came, they again promised the same deal while increasing the amount. I agreed and that's when the problem started. When I logged in to check the stamp was not there on my listing. After almost a month of calling their call centre and talking to various people, it was put back on after the threat of legal action.

This year when the renewal came, I specifically asked them again for the just dial guarantee stamp and it was confirmed at the time of picking up the cheque.

Once again, the stamp is missing from the listing. I have already called them more than 10 times and have sent them a scanned copy of the contract detailing the written confirmation of Just Dial Guarantee but still no avail.
