PF not being credited

I am an ex employee of Just Dial who worked there for 4.5 years, I have applied for PF on Feb and since then i haven't received the PF, the HR team is least bothered to look in to these things as there are hundreds of ex employees who haven't received their PF amount yet. And the more you try to call the HR team, the more it avoids you. And the company also sucks as they have no concerns on employees and are keen only on registering new companies and cheating them. This is seriously a very big concern and the ex employees have to take this concern up.
