Refund of tickets

Consumer Forum,

I had purchased Kingfisher tickets for my sister-in-law, Mrs. Margaret Rodrigues and my son Mr. Carl Ryan Pinto for the sector Mumbai-Mangalore in the month of September - reference No. CQMQEE and ticket No.8464644. I had cancelled the same and asked for the refund from my travel agent Pooja Travels located in Malad (W), Mumbai who informed me that they had not received the refund from Kingfisher Airlines. I have made every attempt to call Kingfisher Airlines for the refund but till date I have not received it. They keep telling me I will receive it soon, it's now 9 months and still not received it. Kindly intervene. Many thanks. The message that I last sent to Mr. Ashley Dias on his email id ashley.dias@flykingfisher.com is quoted below:

Dear Ashley,

As per our telephone conversation this morning, I have attached scanned copies of two tickets No.8464644 issued in favour of Mrs. M.Rodrigues and Mr. Carl Pinto for travel Mumbai/Mangalore on DN-820 of 7 September which was cancelled by the undersigned with Sandhya Tours and subsequently followed by my several calls with Ms. Shweta Shetty.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly expedite and my refund made at the earliest.
