I have not received IPO refund

As per conversation with surekha phalke on 18th March evening, the case of refund it has been converted to bank reconciliation but even after 15 day I have not received IPO refund please clarify were is process has stopped.

Give me blank e-mail back to my mail ID as an acknowledgement of mail received.
