Dear sir

i bought your mobile handset k750i from ambala cantt i.e haryana but it got dead aftre 12 days and then i deposited in ur service centre at ambala cantt the complaint id is ses08ntm12656 a month back and then talked with custemer care on 28th oct 08 ref no. of that is ses874-318 but there is no positive response from ur side till date if i will not get my handset by 13th of oct 08 then i will all the matter to consumer court and all leading newspaper.
