Initail key pad problem then converted to othe

This is chandra sekhar from Andhara pradesh India . i had given my mobile in your authorised service center at Vijayawada service center name (SREE LAKSHMI GANAPATHI COMMUNICATIONS, VIJAYAWADA). INTIAL IAM HAVING KEY PAD PROBLEM i had given my set in your service center and got my mobile back on 14/06. then with in 2 weeks again same problem occured iam not able to dicard my incoming and outgoing call after the service . for that service thay have charged 450/- by asking 600/- how come they reduce the service charges if thet are genuine . again had given my mobile on 30/07 now thay are saying it will not work mother board issue .. becos of the inefficieny of the the service center people my mobile is not working . stillnow my mobile is with them iam not getting the solution and not getting the proper response from them . let me know the solution for my problwem.
