Key pad problem

I have been using k 850i for the last 5 months, now key pad problem, i gave to salora in nungambakam chennai, it is one week since i gave them.they are telling spares parts not available.actually 5 years i was nokia cutomer .i did not face any problem.i am worried to have this type of mobile, complaint no 16711, v.masthanrao, mobile 9840110866.next i never buy your product
