Dear sir/Madam.

I had sent two packets to fiji island on 23rd june from thane post office near reservation counter (Thane Station) but till today it is not received by the consignee at fiji nor it is showing any updates in your website tracker. I want to know the current status of the Parcel where it is and why it is taking so long for the delivery, as commited by EMS Speedpost that the delivery will be done within 8 days...

Then why is it taking this lot of time. can i get an explanation on this pleasse
