Security refund

Dear sir,

My sister had been taken the admission in 2008 batch in the kalpan chawla Govt. polytechnic for women Ambala city Haryana. but due to some reasons she is not gone to the college even yet a single day. Now when we trying to recieve the security refund then the college refuse to give and said that they not recieve any refund from haryana state counsling society. But when i call to HSCS customer care they said to me they has been already sent to college. one year has been gone but still i am waiting for the refund. i am having the proof of admission as a admission slip. please check the details. below.
