Unacceptable food quality

Kalyani Restaurant in Kalyani Nagar famous for its Indian food, has by far the worst customer service along with the food they serve.

I happened to get some Idlis from their restaurant, only to find that it was not fresh. The manager at the counter refused to refund the amount leave alone agree with the fact that the food was bad.

I am shocked as to how a restaurant like this is still running in a posh place like Kalyani Nagar. The manager has no respect for the customer whatsoever. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience here. Someone needs to take strong action against the restaurant.
