WATER COMING IN THE LIFT AREA

Dear Sir, I am leaving at the A/1/401 Kamdhenu Appartment, Arjun Ashram Road, Nirnay nagar, Ahmedabad-382481.Mob. No.9925246501. We are facing problem of the lift & motor from so many times. We have complained to the builder so many times but they are not giving solution. In the lift area colum water is coming at the bottom side of the lift area base. Every two months we have to drain this water. It is very major fault because it may be shot circuit any time and also it will effect the base of lift on which lift is running because base of lift is iron material and if it will get damaged after long time because of water and it will take major accident.

Motor of water supply is also wibrating so much but builder is not repaired it yet after so many time folloups.
