My pnr 6314947547 RAC ib B2 coach traveling from visakhapatnam to pune in which seat no 36 is alloted upto vijawada only out of two any how finally we got the bearths confirmed at solapur to pune.

but to my surprise the TT from visakhapatnam has alloted seats whose who are waiting list, and in the same way he has confirmed the bearth no 37 to the other party,

How a person is a alloted bearth when the RAC people should be given first priority.
