Sir,
Kapil Chit fund Palakonda sub-branch of Srikakulam district is practicing to get the chit amounts in the name of unknown persons to whose name are mentioned as guarantors and giving cronic troubles to the innocent people.
Even the immediate superior office of Rajam has known the facts, they are not bothering to take action in this regard. In this case they may also been involving in this practice.
