Sir, I bought karbonn mobile for modle KC441 8 months back, when I saw the advertisement u mentioned battery back up upto 30 days, but my mobile back up only up to 3hrs per day, every day I want to charge the battery twice, my battery s/n: k09040000850, IMEI NO. 352104030062784, ESN NO. 021993A8, S/N NO. 3521006278 & REF NO. 35210403-1 so kindly consider the above case or kindly give the u r service centre no or person no. or inform my mobile no.9425077126 or 9229908877.
