Iam not satisfied with the batery backup

I bought KARBONN K4444 MOBILESET on Dt: 10-11, in hyderabad. The main purpose of buying this mobile is 30 days battery backup which Iam unable to get that. Hardly Iam getting batery backup of 5 days. Other problem is Iam unable to connect wireless headset via bluetooth. So give me the the solution to solve this problem I have to proceed legally.
