Online ticket cancellation done but money is not credited after the promised date

I have cancelled a ticked which i have booked online using http://ksrtc.in/AWATAROnline/

which is nothing but the online booking website for Karnataka Road Transport Corporation.

The ticket is cancelled on 3rd of May (ticket was from Kumli to Bagalore on 8th May), and as per the website the money will be credited back to the account in 7 days. But now it is exactly 2 weeks and there is no refund at all.

I have called on the number they have provied but they are neither responding nor giving proper answer, also i have sent several mails on the same and there is no reply at all.

Please do the needful on this.
