Not supply of refill Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

My Karuna Gas Consumer No. is KG 15036. I have booked a number for refill gas Cylinder on Phone on date 16.12.09, but till date we have not received a refill Cylinder. Due to this we are facing many problems. After empty of both Cylinder, we had purchased one Cylinder on black.

My Grand daughter is 1.5 yrs Old and My daughter & her husband is doing job. Every day we are doing so many calls to Karuna Gas Agency but every time we receive only one answer that you will get the Cylinder within 2 or 3 days but they all are given only false commitment.

Sir, I am 72 yrs Old lady and cant do regular followups.

Please do the needful action against this type of harresment.
