Reliance Power refund

Dear Sir/Mam

I had applied for Reliance power IPO vide application form no 73690711

along with cheque no 062387 amounting Rs 25875/- against my DP no 12020600/00166825.

They give me 17 share And my refund cheque. But when I deposite that cheque, I came to know that they stop my payment.

And I aks to karvy customer care and they said me that it was a mistake, please transfer the issued share for right applicant and I transfer that 17 share on 04.03.08 to karvy of market. And after that day I follow up every week to karvy customer care for my refund. But they are not refund my amount.

I am facing strong mental and financial problem due to non refund of my hard earned money. So please give me the Karvy's higher authories countuct number and thire name and designation and I also request to SEBI to take necessary action for like eresponsale incedent.
