Reliance Power IPO Refund not received

Hi,

I have applied for Reliance Power Ltd IPO, Karvy Send me refund order of Rs- 18995.00

But that refund order is not proper i.e. check it is cut from right side so it is not acceptable at bank.

I send that original refund order back to Karvey Office on 19-Feb. After that i keep mailing them, trying to contact them but there phone lines are always busy. I have even FAX them refund order detail but even still have not received my money. So please send me my money through ECS or send duplicate refund order as soon as possible.

My trust on KARVY is now broken and i want my mones as soon as possible it is already 1 and half month late. Please help me.
