Neither received Refund not received the money back

Hello sir,

We applied for Reliance-Power Shares thru IPO release in the month of January this year thru HDFC Online Trading system.

In the HDFC trading system we see that the IPO transaction has been executed also the equivalent amont has been debited from my account, but we have not received either shares or the money back. Please help with this.
