KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE
Delay in providing refill cylinders

SIR,

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.). My consumer number is 13447. Till date, the same is not delivered to me, Because I live on first Floor. Delivery man said that I would not give the cylinder on first floor.and He had used filthy language against me. When I went to the agency to complaint about it, the staff had not given satisfied answer about it.. I request you to please look into the issue.
