Complain for broadband 2nd remaide

(Complain for Broadband Service)

Company consider my application for Broadband Service Dt.06/07.company technician come & prose’s for this. But steel today our broadband services is not activated by BSNL.Please look in to the matter urgently &do need full.

last month we took a BSNL broadband connection, Tele number was 27430773, Dated 06/07 after some time technician come but problem is BSNL broadband service still. After that we complaint again in your costumer care but there is no reply, nobody is taking it seriously, and from last one month we facing many problems. so plz advice what should we do. And please take some action urgently.
