Undelivered goods ordered

There was a promotion of Reebok Shoes in the month of Nov.2008 by ICICI Bank Credit Cards, I received several sms messages from them.

Accordingly, I went on line and ordered the shoes and paid with my credit card no. 4629860000701003 Visa Platinum card issued by ICICI Bank, a couple of days later I received a call saying the shoes I ordered were not available and therefore the order was cancelled. I was very surprised to see a debit of Rs.1300/- from Kaviraj Housewares, Bangalore in my bill statement for November. around the last week of December I called up the customer service deptt. oof ICICI Bank and was informed that I would be receiving a credit in the following month and was advised to in the meantime clear the entire bill including the debit for the undelivered shoes, I have since paid the bill in full. However, I have not received the necessary credit even in February.

More over I have had to tolerate a very rude officer by the name of Amit at the ICICI Bank's complaint deptt.(Complaint No. 97462630 dated 19.02.09) he is neither willing to help nor give the name of his superior, who I could approach.

This is to put on record that I am, till this greivance is resolved not going to clear their current outstanding bill of Rs.1476 /01, and will not be liable to any late fees or interest charges
