Non attendance of complaints

I had purchased KENT Mineral RO machine from Kaypee Enterprises on June 10. Post six months the machine started to give problems as in it started overflowing and the the filtering would not start on its own. In the month of May a complaint was lodged at Kaypee enterprises to service the issue. However the complaint was not attended to. Post that a second complaint was raised in June bearing complaint no 30504. The lady Ms Snehal confirmed that within 48 hours the complaint will be attended to. However it did not happen and continous follow ups were being made to their center. Ms Snehal, Ms Sheetal, all of them gave reasons of delay but the tone in which they spoke was as they are doing a favour on me by providing me the service. One month past and on July 1st I receive a call by Ms Payal who admits the delay and says that she will address the complaint at the earliest. On repeated request to speak to their manager, Ms Payal provides me the number of Mr Shailenda Nalawade. On July 2nd an engineer visits my place and changes the valve and leaves before the filtering is complete. Trusting him that the problem is resolved I wait for the filtering to complete, however to my surpirse the same problem continues

Again I started following up with Ms Payal and finally I made a call to Mr Nalawade who gave big talks and assured that he would address the complaint and send the engineer at the earliest. Two days have passed since then and neither of them (Ms Payal and Mr Nalawade) have been attending my calls nor the engineer has come in.

My question is when Kent such a reputed company is giving franchisee to such small centers, are these people not checking if the franchisee is well equipped and having people who actually want to service their customers? In todays date time is money and I have wasted my precious time in one service rendered to me.

I need an apology letter from both the company as well as the franchisee for harassing me mentally and a compensation for the same.
