Kelvinator 1.5 ton split AC
AC not working

I have purchase a 1.5 ton split AC of Kelvinator (model no. AS 182 DX 1.5 Ton, sr. no. OUD.C1W118K0108002607; IDU OGI 18K0108001186) from M/s. Air-Cool India having their show room at 1/58-59 Andheri Kurla Road, Opp. Sangam Cinema J.B. Nagar, Andheri (E) Mumbai 400059 vide their cash memo no. ACI/478 dated 23.6.09. The AC is failing frequently. It has failed 3 times since installation. The response from their service centre is one of the worst I have experienced. It takes them innemerable reminders to attend and repair. The mechanics are most inefficient.

Recently i have lodged a complain on 13.10.2009 as per the complain no. MUM 1310090050 given by them till date i.e. 31.10.2009 they have not repaired the unit and all my daily reminderds are not yielding any results.
