I HAVE PURCHASE KEN STAR SPLIT AC IN MONTH OF OCT. one technician came from bhagalpur bihar install unit.during instalation front swing blade seen totaly dimage. I lodge complain in your patna near jamal road office three month ago.than i went boring road office [0612-2540778]contect one kown SHARMA JEE . he assure me problem will solve within week . i am very sorry to inform you that nobody contect me during past three month.
