Kenstar air cooler water pump is not working

My air cooler motor is not working and i have registered the complaint on 21Jul12 complaint ID GHA2107120104 but still no one come to my home to repair the same. on the daily basis i am calling to customer service but the same has not been resolved yet. kindly advise what to do in this case.
