Eplacement of cooler pump

Dear sir/madam

Here I want to bring to your notice that I have purchase a Kenstar little cooler-DX from Prabhat electricals Hospet on feb 28. after 1 month cooler pump not working, give a complaint to purchased shop, and they register the complaint in kenstar -hub300310067, after 2 week one technician came and concluded that motor is gone. technician is told with in two days i came back and replace the motor, after nobody came, and call number of times to customer care services and they also not responded again i gave a new complaint. with in 30 days motor got damaged after 1.5 months they are not replacing still problem is there.

Max working condition of cooler is 30 days. (new cooler). after summer what is the use of cooler?
